李大維下午主持「外交部領事事務局局長、部內一級單位主管及新任駐外館長宣誓典禮」，宣誓人為外交部領事事務局局長陳華玉、外交部國際傳播司司長張國葆、外交部條約法律司司長丁樂群、駐釜山總領事吳尚年、駐墨爾本總領事莊麗馨、駐西雅圖總領事姚金祥。
6位宣誓人中包括陳華玉、吳尚年及莊麗馨3位是女性。
他說，看到宣誓人第一個反應是終於在外交部宣誓典禮上看到男女各半，蔡總統一定很高興看到這樣發展。
李大維表示，外交部在總統蔡英文指導之下，年輕化且注重女性升遷是必然趨勢，他也向同仁說明，外館精簡規劃是民意所趨 ，但強調會全面評估後才會做出決定。1050914
